GRACE Davison Europe Charter

We are committed to a program of continuing and relentless improvements of product quality and services with the aim to meet or to be one step ahead of customers’ expectations. We want to develop, manufacture and market high added-value products in a cost-effective manner while protecting the health and safety of our employees, customers and the public. Our focus on environmental protection is to ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation and continuously improve our environmental performance.

ISO 9001:2000 Certification

GRACE Davison fulfils the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard. The QM system was first certified (by the DQS organisation) in June 1993 under certificate registration no. 000924 QM. Subsequent, regular recertifications took place in June 1996 and June 1999. In June 2002 the recertification was to the new process-orientated ISO 9001:2000 standard and this was recertified on schedule in July 2005.

Six Sigma

GRACE Davison actively applies Six Sigma techniques to a variety of processes throughout the organisation in order to continually improve the quality of products and services provided to customers.

Product Stewardship

Grace Davison recognizes that, as a responsible manufacturer, we are expected to be thoughtful product stewards by managing our operations so that our products can be developed, manufactured, distributed, used, and disposed of effectively and safely.

Our concept of product stewardship recognizes the integration of health, safety, and environmental considerations into each phase of the life cycle of Grace Davison products.

We are committed to working with customers, suppliers, and other responsible parties to enhance our product stewardship on a continuing basis as we seek to provide increasingly effective materials that can be handled safely with acceptable risk.
