Manufacturing
The FCC
catalyst manufacturing facility in Worms, Germany is the
largest in Europe and features state-of-the-art processing
equipment. The original plant came on stream in 1982 and
capacity was substantially increased in 1989 with the addition
of a second FCC plant on the same site. In 1997, capacity was
further increased with the addition of new spray dryer and
calciners.
Grace
Davison is committed to supplying the refining industry with
advanced catalyst technologies to meet increasingly demanding
performance and environmental standards.
Focus on Quality
Grace Davison
does not compromise on the quality of its products or services. Worms
received ISO 9001 certification from the DQS Organisation in
1993. This
certification covers all facets of FCC production, research and
development, sales and technical service in Europe.
Since
receiving ISO 9001 Certification, Grace Davison has taken
its Quality system one step further with its commitment to Total
Quality Management (TQM). The obligations of TQM include, inter
alia, our responsibilities towards the environment and society
and go beyond the requirements of ISO 9001.
Grace Davison
is committed to being a competent, reliable, and, most
importantly, high quality partner for our customers, neighbours,
and employees.
